Solved: Go to Solution

Payroll

When processing payroll, everytime we get an error and MYOB shuts down and restarts.  But this means we need to start the payroll process all over again.  What are we doing wrong.

Thank you for your post, can I please clarify if you get an error message when this happens ?

 

Additionally can you please attempt the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Can you please clear your AccountRight cache, as this can clear any odd behaviours the software may be having
  • If your file is online, can you please check out your file and then attempt to process payroll. Do you get any error message? 
  • If the software is still shutting down after attempting the above steps can you please attach the diagnostic log of the file
