I have edited our payslip template columns but it loses the changes when I go to email the payslip. I have edited the template a couple of times but it keeps losing the changes whether I 'save as' or 'save'.
As you can imagine this is very frustrating. How can I make the changes stick?

Thanks for your post, I hope you can find the information found on the forums useful. I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your payslip formats.
If you are experiencing problems with an altered version of payslips, these articles on known issues regarding Column Widths reverting to default and Custom Form usage applicable to your situation. Have a look over them and see if you would like to try the workarounds offered a go while a more permanent solution is being worked on by our product developers.
