Payslip decimal place

I am using Accountright 2018 version and the payslip show the hourly rate as 4 decimal places ie: $34.1000.  I am using the default payslip and the employee card and the top of the payslip shows hourly rate as $34.10.

How can this be changed to show 2 decimal places only.

Re: Payslip decimal place

Hi @astleycare

My understanding is that the Hourly Rate placement that comes from: Payroll Details > Wages is by default at 4 decimal places even if it's not showing on the Window as this is used when calculating differences with Salary Employees between the Annual Salary & Frequency, it'll try and place the calculated value in the Hourly Rate and this goes up to 4 decimal places which is a global setting that cannot be changed.

From my own tests I couldn't get the field to only display 2 decimal places, though the Calc Rate does show the relevant decimals for calculation if needed.

At this stage I do not believe this can be changed.

Cheers,
