Hi,
I pay about 12 staff weekly and for some reason only one of those staff members is not receiving her payslip. She was receiving them last year but not this year. Neither my Outlook system or her gmail address is coming up with an error message. The only way she receives it is if i go back into the sent item from my Outlook and re-forward it to her so she receives it.

I have sent you a private message with the email address from which payslips are generally sent when using online emailing. Can you please confirm that this email address is not blacklisted accidently by your employee? If it is, they would have to whitelist it and then they would be able to receive the payslips.
The fact that they do receive emails when you send them from Outlook clearly points out that their email server has blocked AccountRight's email address from receiving emails.
