Hi there
I have a customised payslip template, but when I processed pay, it didn't use the template. It also had the wrong from email address.
How do I fix this?

Hello @LaniOUP ,
1- The payslip form that you have customized needs to be set as default:
This can be done by going to Payroll > Print/email payslips > Advanced filters > Selected Form for Pay Slips *can be changed to the one you have customized*
2- The wrong from email address can be changed under Setup > Preferences > Emailing > you can change the reply to email address there.
(if you are emailing from outlook, you will need to open outlook, go to File > Account settings > account settings > Data files > *set (your preferred reply to email) as default*
