Personal leave hours not printing on payslips

Hello,

 

we have an issue with personal leave hours not showing on some of our employees payslips. Our employees are quite frustrated with this and we would like something in writing stating this is a MYOB issue. I have spoken to one of your MYOB agent who suggested this as they are still trying to resolve this issue. 

 

Could you please reply with a respond ASAP thanks.

Hi @Mel-Nexus 

 

Can you please confirm that the employees who are missing these amounts on the payslips, do they have any personal leave entitlement accrued when their payroll was processed, or not? If the employee didn’t have any leave accrual on the payrun, for example, then there wouldn’t be any leave accrual to display on the payslip.

 

In addition, can you please go to Setup >> Preferences >> Reports & Forms and check whether or not the preference “Include all YTD amounts and Entitlement Balances on Paycheque Stubs [System-wide]” is ticked. If it is, are you able to untick it and then exit out of the preferences and AccountRight before opening it up again and going back into the preference to retick the aforementioned preference.

 

If it still doesn't work, please let us know if it's missing for all employees or working for let's say hourly employees but not for salary or vice versa,  so we can investigate accordingly.

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

Everything that you have suggested below we have tried with a couple of the MYOB specialists and agents.

 

To rectify this issue they have requested us to put 0.001 hours on every employee that personal leave isn’t showing on their payslip. We have 71 employees that we now need to do this for.

 

I’m requesting an email from you stating this is a MYOB issue so if this occurs again we can send this to our employees.

 

Your help with this would be greatly appreciated.
