I keep getting a red x error please provide valid employee membership number when trying to process super payment

Hi @DebbieTree
This error generally means that the membership number does not follow the member rules for the super number it's linked to. So we can investigate this further, can you please send us your serial number, superfund name for the employee, and their employee membership number by a Private Message.

Superfund name CFS FRISTCHOICE PERSONAL SUPER
Empoyee Membership number *** (If it's the same number as their member number on Superannuation Standard Choice form)

Thanks for this information.
For this fund, the member number prefix must be 010. Therefore, please make amends in the employee card for membership number and add 010 as a prefix before the existing member number and then save the changes. Once this is done, go to the pay super screen again as the error should disappear.
