Could you send me the last four digits of your serial number, company file ID and product version. Also send us the error message.

Hi @Gayathri , thanks for responding.

We are currently on hold with the MYOB support team while they run a script for us and they have advised us not to access the file so I am unable to provide this detail at present. I will send this through if required as soon as possible.
