In the new 2016 I can add a payroll category whilst processing payroll but I can't add a deduction as I previously could? Do I have to get out and get back in to see the "add in" - is there no refresh button?

Hi there @nana61,

 

When you click on the 'Add Payroll Category' option when processing payroll, you should have a list of all your payroll categories, including your deductions. If you can only see wages, do try scrolling down the 'Add Payroll Category' window.

 

If you are still unable to see it, please do provide us with a screenshot of what you are able to see in this window so we can further assist.
