Re: Entitlement Balance Rollover to new pay year 2020/2021

I have just noticed on some of my employees annual leave and sick leave entitlements screen that there are amounts showing in the balance adjustment column and that the carry over amounts do not reconcile with my end of year reports for the 2019-2020 reports.

Where have these amounts come from that are showing in the balance adjustment column and why did my end of year amounts not roll over correctly for all employees.

Re: Entitlement Balance Rollover to new pay year 2020/2021

Hi @Cheryl07

Apologies for the delay in response.

Can you please confirm if you still need assistance with this matter?  There was an issue in the latest version whereby the entitlements were not carried over correctly, and the workaround at this stage is to take a backup of the file and  manually adjust the hours to show correct ones.

However, if the figures are still not showing correctly, please send us your serial number by a Private Message so we can investigate it further.

Kind regards,
Komal
