I'm also having same issue and can't login to super portal.  Have been lodging super for years and now being requested to sign up for super.

 

I have cleared cache and also used different browsers.

Turned out there was an issue with my subscription - status changed for some reason which prevented access.

Komal got it all sorted out for me very quickly
