Reinstated employee not showing up on the process payroll listing

Reinstated employee not showing up on the process payroll listing

The employee's card was made inactive on page 1, and a termination date was entered on page 3.  An adjustment needed to be made, so the termination date was deleted and the inactive status was reversed.  When attempting to process a payroll for this employee, he does not appear on the listing with the other employees.  If I choose to process an individual employee, I CAN select him from the listing, but cannot go any further, with a message of "you do not have any eligible employees".

Hi @Mari_Grob

 

From what I have found this error relates to the standard pay section of the employee's card file needing to be updated.

 

Can you please have a look at the post I have linked below as one of our staff members have explained how to fix this in detail.

Yes thanks David, that worked.  The standard pay did have a value in base hourly, but I reset to original amounts, then adjusted from there.  Too easy!
