Repeated Crashes

So my MYOB keeps crashing, it started when i ran payroll yesterday, and no i can't generate reports or print payslips, etc. I keep gettting two errors pop up pics attached.

Is anyone else having issues, i have re-booted my system, logged in under a different user, i am ready to un-install and re-install the program!!

Hi @Cenders 

 

Thank you for your post and sorry this is occuring for you. AccountRight uses a Windows component called .NET Framework, and sometimes this component becomes corrupt causing the error you are seeing. Microsoft have a tool which can repair .NET Framework. Here's how to download and run this tool:

 

  1. Click the following link to access the Microsoft Download Centre: https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=30135
  2. On the displayed page, click Download.
  3. When prompted, select NetFxRepairTool.exe then click Next.
  4. When prompted, select where you want to save the download file. To make it easier to find, choose your Desktop.
  5. Double-click the downloaded file to run the tool.
  6. Follow the prompts.
  7. When complete, click Finish.
  8. Restart your computer.

Ran it & did the re-start, still crashing when i try to print or generate a report

Thank you for trying that for me. Can you please post the latest diagnostic log, which might identify if there are any problems in the software and help us to investigate this issue further for you.
