Returned Super

Why are MYOB not able to tell you when super is returned? Perhaps an email could be sent to advise? A deposit into the bank account really isnt enough.

If the cause was identified during the process, the Pay Super team does send out an email to detail why you need to reverse and reprocess a super payment. However, this email can be filtered as spam/junk email by your email service provider. 

 

It's best to review the super payments by checking on the payment status, successful payments will have the status updated to 'Completed'. If the status is showing 'Processing Payment' for more than 5 days, we'd encourage please contact our support teams to look into it. For more details please check out this Help article:
