I have processed a returned super payment and followed the guidelines on how to do this. When I go to "pay Super" the negative amount comes up along with the positive amount. I'm not sure what to process as the adjusted one has to go through.

While you cannot process the negative super contribution itself via Pay Super, you can tick it with other positive superannuation contributions, as long as the total amount is positive, it can be paid via Pay Super.

If the total amount does not sum up to be positive, you can wait until the next super payment comes through for this employee making the net amount positive.
