I had a payroll transaction last month which I could not reverse as the drop down box did not give me this option.
I am using 2020.4 in the cloud. Screen dump attached which show on REVERSE TRANSACTION option.
I have been into my setting as it says to reverse the transaction.
Please advise

Thanks for your post. Having a look at that screenshot you need to go to Setup>>Preferences>>Security tab and tick Transactions can't be changed; they must be reversed. You should then see Reverse Transaction in that dropdown list.
