Hi,
I have been using Single Touch Payroll for a few months now with no issue. However today when recording pays a message came up saying the STP report was not sent to the ATO and I should send it later. The rest of the pay process continued and staff were paid and payslips sent.
Now when I go into the Payroll Reporting Centre the pays for that period are sitting with a status of "sending". The declared by and declared date fields are blank as these questions were never asked during this payroll process. The ellipses for that pay period offers me no ability to declare the pays and send to the ATO.
How do I send this information to the ATO and make the usual declaration. Thanks for any help.

Update:
After restaring MYOB and going back to the payroll reporting centre, the ellipses now give me and option to make the declaration and resend to the ATO.
