Hi Chris
I am trying to update the STP Phase 2 and it has given me the following error code
5f3e4c0a-8bff-428f-a51f-f65be703c6f5
I had 185 employees to update to Salary & Wages and I ticked them all then updated all our payroll catergories for which there are probably 60-80 different catergories and I got an error message. when going back to my MYOB account it looks like it updated the Payroll Catergories but not Employees. Can you please assist? I have tried to tick just 10 employees to see if it would update them (rather than the whole 185 again) but I still get the same error.
thanks

Hi, @JohnCertifier
Thanks for getting back to us.
Since you are receiving an error message when linking a User ID, kindly follow the steps provided below:
Make sure that the email you are using when logging into your MYOB account is entered from the User Access window. To check this, go to AccountRight > Click Setup menu > User Access > Manage Users tab > Highlight your User ID from the Company file users > Once highlighted, check if the box is ticked for "This user will sign on with a my.MYOB. account", kindly tick that box then enter your email address > Click on Save and Invite User. A screenshot is attached below that will serve as an example of how it looks from that window.
Please let us know if you require any further assistance with this. We are delighted to assist you.
Best regards,
Doreen
