STP error message - Rejected payrun

Good morning everyone

The client got an error message 'State entered in employees B address is either blank or wrong"

Upon examining the employee record I found several which had no state entered. 

Upon further examination I found if you enter the country - Australia - a drop down box a;ppears which allows the user to select the correct state. This ensures the format is acceptable to STP software lodgement. 

The support staff to whom I spoke at MYOB yesterday was unaware of this feature so we both learned something.
