Good afternoon all and Happy New Year! Can anyone shed some light on why I received this e-mail from MYOB (see below) ... I have been submitting STP payrolls for over a year now on two company accounts. I am on Accountright 2020.4
It looks like you still haven't completed your Single Touch Payroll (STP) set up.
If you are paying employees don't forget to get set up. It's easy to do and can be done in two simple steps. Once it's done it'll save you time, hassle and (most importantly) you'll be STP compliant.
Click below for more info about setting up STP.

Hi @Mathilda
Thanks for your post. Can I confirm that you haven't made any changes to your STP setup recently? Are you still able to lodge and declare STP as you have in the past?
Cheers,
Tracey

Hi @Tracey_H - yes I am still able to report exactly as I have before, and I haven't made any changes, that is why I am a bit confused about this email out of the blue, and reckoned that perhaps something has changed with MYOB that I didn't pick up on.

Hi @Mathilda
If you haven't made any changes to STP and can still declare as normal then you can safely ignore that email.
