STP2 and staff terminated in STP1

I transferred to STP2 and followed the steps for reactivating two employees who had left the business prior to my transition to STP2. I added in their termination reason. When I go into STP reporting the two employees are both showing under employee terminations however with no termination reason. Is this correct or have I missed a step?

The Termination dates are showing. It is just the reasons which are missing.

Thanks for confirming that. 

If you select 'Undo' next to the employee/s in question, then re-enter the termination with the relevant date and reason, does the information now display correctly?
