Sending Payslips in bulk

I need to email a months worth of payslips for one employee. I get the correct wage slips showing on the list for the whole month. I tick the boxes to the left to select the invoices I want emailing.... and law and behold - it only emails one!!!

I tried the same with printing - even though I check all the slips I need, it only does one at a time.

 

This is so time comsuming I have to email 3 months of payslips one by one??? surely I am missing something here - please tell me I am!

Each transaction in the To be Emailed window is treated as a separate transaction and doesn't interact with each other. This does mean that if you have compiled the list for only one employee's transactions and ticked all those transactions it will generate multiple emails to the recipient (one for each transaction).

 

If you are looking at obtaining a record of the employee's pay for a period, running a report like the Payroll advice report (Reports>>Payroll>>Employees) may be better suited for your needs.
