Set up payroll reporting: Connect to the ATO

I have been trying to set up Payroll Reporting but every time I try I receive this message: "Sorry, something's gone wrong on our end. We'll be back up and running ASAP, so please try again soon." I have used the LiveChat and completed all the steps I was directed, but it still has not rectified the problem. I am currently on hold with the 1300 number and have been waiting 30 minutes for some help. Does anyone have any advice? Thank You

I understand that our phone-based team have got you sorted with your Payroll Reporting. From what I can see of the account, it does look like adding your email address to have AccountRight Live access has allowed for the sign-up process to work as intended.

Hi @MBuzz 

 

Having a look at your account, I would imagine it is a similar sort of situation to yourself and we would be looking at needing to set up your AccountRight Live on that particular file. As you are the subscription contact on that serial number I can arrange for that to occur, however, I would need to confirm some company information as such I have sent you a private message on this Forum
