Setup PaySuper error message

I am trying to setup PaySuper for a new entity and I have clicked on the Sign up button and entered the details. I can get all the way to the screen where it says it will deposit one cent but then it flicks you out and an error message comes up that it cannot complete the setup and to try again later.

Is there currently an issue with super setup?

Hi @mdonovan

 

Thanks for that screenshot. I'll need to investigate this further, can you please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • File ID (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
