Sick leave not rolling over automatically on anniversary date

I have a staff member who has hit her anniversary date for sick/personal leave however the accrual amount has not rolled over to commence at 0 again, it is continueing on. In Australia we have 10 days per anniversary date for sick/personal leave. I can understand in the background it should continue to calculate, but on the payslips it should be what they are entitled to. I have checked all settings and there is nothing about anniversary date for personal leave that could be ticked.  Please help as staff think they have more sick leave than they are entitled to. (And no it is not an option to remove it from their payslip)  Thank you
