Sign up to pay super from AccountRight

I have gone through setting up almost everything for payments to Super

1. Business Details 
2. Banking Details 
3. User Roles 
4. Review
 
However when I reach review and click "Submit", I get the following message: 
Whoops, we've hit a snag!

We can't complete your application right now, but we've saved what we could. Please try again later.

Thank you for your post. So I can take a look into this for you can you please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Serial number 
  • Business name 
  • Your full name 
  • Email address 
  • File ID (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
