Sorry Priya and with all due respect, this simply is not good enough. Companies need to be "bug free" in the last week of the financial year. Unless MYOB has a direct line to the ATO, who will accept processing delays created by MYOB software glitches. Regards, Bronwyn

I do mine independently and they reach HESTA within 48 hours. However I still have to report them to the ATO through STP and today was one big fail. Thank goodness I don't use MYOB for any payment matters but process using my own systems. I think I will move to zero. So many recommend them.

Hi there,
I have an issue where the Gross figures in the STP YTD report are double what they are on my MYOB Payroll report for some employees. Is this related to the above issue?

@Trans-2015 It's very unlikely to be related.
It is recommended to run an update in STP reports for all employees and to compare with the payrull summary report. It also could be that someone has changed the employee card values, so please check the payroll register summary and payroll activity summary to ensure they equal

Hi Simon-C
I have checked both reports mentioned in your post and they balance. I have also run an update summary to no avail.
Thank you for your quick response. I await further advice.
Thank you,
June

Please also note that the Gross Payments amount being reported is wrong, for some reason, I noticed on this very last payrun (I reconcile these reports weekly and it always balances) that the Gross reported on STP is $2,618.93 more than it should be for the week.
Please advise us what we have to do next, obviously because the gross payment amount is showing a wrong amount, I don't want to send this to the ATO. However, it's a requirement to send the STP to the ATO on the payroll day, our payroll day was yesterday.
Are you in communication with the ATO? Do they know that your clients are not being able to send the STP reports? Please advise urgently.
Thanks, Eliane
