Re: Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close - Payment summaries

HI @Berniece

Out of curiosity, the file that this happens in, is it stored online or locally? For files stored online we do have a script that we can run on the online file to help resolve this. In contrast if the file is stored locally we can provide you with a hotfix tool to run over your files to resolve this issue

Re: Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close - Payment summaries

HI @Berniece

One thing to check before we go down the path of a hotfix, for each employee card file entry are they set to Individual and have something entered in both the first and last name fields? If they didn’t in some cases that can produce similar errors to what you are seeing.

Neil

Re: Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close - Payment summaries

Hi @NarelleS,

Thank you for the post! Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

Could you please confirm when you are getting this error? As I see that error you encounter is when there is a duplicate mapping in database background. This needs to go to the Data File Repair team.

If you can send a private message with the details:

  1. The serial number of the company file (Setup>>Company Information).
  2. Account Name
  3. Contact Email Address
  4. Phone Number
  5. Company File ID

Here is a link that will take you to your private messages- Private Messages . You can send us a private message here.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to post again.

Thank you.

Cheers,
Gayathri
