Staff member retiring - need to update details with Myob

Hi

 

We have a staff member retiring this year (she is listed with Myob as the owner of the business)

We have employed another staff member to take over her duties and they will be using her existing email address

 

How do I change the name on the email address associated with the Myob subscription?

Currently it has the existing staff members name and lists that she is the owner

The name will change and the status should change from Owner to Administrator

I am happy to get this sorted for you. Are you listed as a administrator on the account?

I just need an owner or administrator to send me a Private Message with the following details please:

  • Serial Number:
  • Account Name:
  • Email Address (of current owner):
  • Email Address (of new staff member):

Once I have that info, I can action your request.
