After several attempts (with 20min gaps) I am not receiving an authorisation code to lodge SGC. I have checked community posts and notice there has been an issue. Unable to determine however if the issue has been resolved?

We have received some reports of some Telstra Users in certain areas are having issues receiving the SMS codes being sent by our servers. Though this seems to be intermittent and the areas can change sporadically.
We suggest to try receiving the code in another hour from this post and see if this issue has resolved in your area.
If you find that you are still receiving issues, please let us know.
