Super Limit Reached

I have received this message after trying the adjust the monthly super payment limit.

 

Sorry, you can't increase by more than $15000 for the past 90 days.

If you need to update the limit by more than this amount, you will need to fill in a form.

 

Does this resent after the 90 days.?

Hi @lanne718 

 

AccountRight allows the Pay Super Administrator with a verified mobile number the ability to change the limit that can be processed for Pay Superannuation. This is self-service option only allows the user to increase the limit up to $15,000 within a 90 day period, after that period has elapsed you can increase it again if required.  Should you need to increase that limit to more than $15,000 in a 90 day period you would be looking at completing a Pay Super Change of details form.
