Super Portal Registration

Ive been on hold for the last hour and a half 

 

Im trying to sign up to the super portal registration and i make it all the way through to the confirmation page and the it changes to the (Below) and ive been trying for the last two weeks as its coming up to when i need to pay all my super. thanks in advance

Hi @BrendonCFCG,

 

Thank you for the post!

 

Typically, that error message occurs when you are trying to set up Pay Super when you're logged in with the wrong credentials (e.g. when the user details you logged in with doesn't have access to set Pay Super up). 

 

However I see that you have called the contact centre and they have fixed the issue for you. So I assume that this issue is resolved.
