Hi, how do I change superannuation payment user roles in AccountRight 2018? An employee who is the Pay Super Administrator left and I need to reappoint another. Thanks.

 

EDIT: Found the answer. Looks like I have to complete the following form.

Hi @JasonLim

 

That is correct, that form will allow you to specify the changes you want to make like updating the authorisers. Once it has been returned to our team it will take them a couple of days to process the form and the changes will then be live.
