Super fund error message - Employee fund account invalid

Hi, 

I am trying to make a super fund payment for an employee with Colonial First state and keep getting an error message saying "Employee's super fund membership number is Invalid".

 

This error has only shown up after moving to the new super portal on MYOB essentials. I have updated the super fund account details but still getting this error message.

 

Please let me know if there is any way to ensure I can make payment from super portal for this employee's superannuation.

Could you please confirm the details for the fund you're having that trouble with? I.e. ABN, SPIN/USI.
