I am trying to reverse a Super payment but am being told that I cannot process transactions in a locked period. I am using todays date and it is definitely not locked. I have closed all windows and tried again, logged out and logged back in again and am still getting the message. I have attached screen shots.
I would appreciate any help on how to simply reverse this transaction so I can make a change to it.

We have received reports from a few clients having the period of locked error when trying to record a Pay Super reversal in a unlocked period. Our developers are currently still investigating the cause of this issue, and hopefully to release a fix in a near future update.
In the meantime to work around this issue, please temporary turn off the lock period, record the transaction then turn the lock period back on.
