Super verification number

I have a verification number for the Super portal but keep getting an error message 

"Sorry, we're not ready to verify your bank account at the moment, please try again later"

Hi @penejane 

 

For us to investigate that situation we would need to get the following information:

  • The LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number- Setup>>Company Information
  • The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight
  • Are you using Pay Super (AccountRight 20xx) or Super Portal (AccountRight Classic)?
  • Are you are attempting to sign up for Pay Super or have you registered for Pay Super in that file before?
