I paid our July to September suerannuation through Payroll/Liabilities back on the 26th of October the same way I always do, but the money has still not been taken from our allocated account yet. I am receiving emails from super funds saying I have not paid our employees super for that quarter. Its showing as paid in MYOB but MYOB have not processed the payment on their end. How can I fix this?

Thanks for your post. I would recommend going to Payroll>>Manage Payments and checking the status of that payment. This help article explains each status and how to make any corrections: Authorise and review super payments

Tracey, I went into Manage Payments and it says it has been authorised and status is Completed. The money has still not been taken out of our account. This was done back in October.
