Superfund set up but not showing in employee card

I followed the steps to set up a new Superfund in MYOB, it was there, cheked usi etc, all good. but when I try to set up this superfund for an employee, it shows in the top box but not in the list to select, see attached screenshot

Hi @admin-sle 

Please go to Lists>>Superannuation funds and check if the fund is listed there. If not, please recreate it and then link it to the employee card again. Let me know if you have any questions on this.

Yes the Super fund does show in the Superannuation Funds List, but not showing in the employee card super list.

I have deleted, restarted, re-entered the super fund, always the same. I followed the instructions, I'm not sure where I'm going wrong!!

Can you please go to the employee card and send me a screenshot of the entire drop down window so we can check why the fund is missing from the list?

Screenshot as requested. I tried to get a shot of the dropdown box but keeps disappearing when I try. Hope you can see from the attached screen shots.

Hi @admin-sle 

The super fund is already selected for this employee as shown in your screenshot as Superannuation Fund: Bendigo Smart Super.

The drop down underneath is not for selecting a super fund but for selecting a super payroll category ( this is setup under Payroll >> Payroll Categories>>Superannuation) . This does not need to be different for every super fund but one super expense category can be assigned to all the employees if they are all paid the same contribution rate. Please refer to this help article for more information on super payroll categories.
