System.InvalidOperationException

Setting up payroll for an client I have been using MYOB for over 20 years but have not used payroll on MYOB as company has always done this themselves manually.  Finally convinced them we must use MYOB

When I go into the Payroll Reporting and select :Check Payroll Details or Payroll Reporting Centre" MYOB Crashes.  I thought maybe the payroll categories need assinging so did that for all tabs, checked all had been assinged to a ATO reportable Category.

Then Tried again to select eihter "Check Payroll Details and Payroll Reporting Centre" MYOB crashes.

Code:

Unknown (0)

Message:

(Unknown): ShowUIView(SingleTouchPayrollReadinessCheck,...,...) (this is when I try to select Check Payroll Details)

Code:

System.InvalidOperationException

Message:

Sequence contains no elements (This is when I select Payroll Reporting Centre)

really need to sort out as need to process STP for the last 2 weeks

Re: System.InvalidOperationException

Hi @PPP

We may have to arrange for a script to be run over that company file. Before we do arrange for that can you provide a copy of the full error log.

Also, in case, a script is required can you confirm the following information:

  • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local
  • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information
  • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight

Kind regards,
Steven

Re: System.InvalidOperationException

Hi @PPP

Thank you for confirming that information

I've arranged for a script to be run over the company file for you. Can you close down and reopen that file before trying that process again.

Do let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance.

Kind regards,
Steven
