TIL entitlement balance on payslip is different to detail report

Need MYOB to investigate why the payslip TIL accrual figure is different to the entitlement balance report for TIL.  

Option to "carry remaining entitlement over to next year" was not selected at time of set up of TIL accrual.  The TIL does not carry over on the entitlement report, but the payslip shows a carried over figure.  Why is the back end data different?
