Taxable Payments Summary Report 2021

I am attemping the run the TPAR report for 2021 to check what has been processed to date. I seem to be stuck at the review transactions stage. I hit record and it just takes me back to review transactions. I was hoping to print a report to check the numbers to date. I am using 2021.3 on a network. Thanks.

Re: Taxable Payments Summary Report 2021

Hi @Aileen____

Great to hear that you are getting ahead on your end of financial year tasks!

I actually think you have the right idea, you just need to select Next > on the Review reportable transactions step in the Taxable Payments Assistant. This would get you to the Create step where you can select View Taxable Payments Report to see a report of that information.

Do let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance.

Kind regards,
Steven

Re: Taxable Payments Summary Report 2021

Hi Steven,

What is the purpose of the "Record" button?  Do we need to click this when everything has been reconciled and before moving on to step 4?

Thanks,

Mini

Re: Taxable Payments Summary Report 2021

Hi @minimo1

The Record option in the Review Transactions window will record any changes to transactions in terms of reporting in that window.

For example, if you didn't have a transaction ticked i.e. it's not reportable, you then tick the transaction in the Review Transactions to make it reportable that action is not saved until the Record option is selected.

Kind regards,
Steven
