Unable to Report STP

My client who has registered for STP is unable to report their weekly reports through MYOB.

 

once the payroll has been processed MYOB is not prompting her to declare the STP report which should happen automatically.

 

I have spoken to the ATO twice now and they have the correct id number etc .

 

I am able to manually send the reports but is there a reason why the declaration wouldnt pick up after the payroll is processed??

Hi @KristyH 

 

When your client opens Process Payroll do they have the Payroll Reporting Ready To Go image?  If not, I suspect that they have not been added as a declarer.

 

I'll give you the support note link, Add a declarer for STP, in case this is the issue.
