Unable to accept super choice terms and conditions

When trying to accept the changes to the PDS for super choice, when i tick the two boxes I am redirected to the following screen.Screenshot 2022-05-27 101230.png

PLEASE HELP! 

I have tried everything, loggin in as different users.
