Unable to access MYOB's pay super settings site

Hi, I have been listening to MYOB's wonderful hold music for 30mins. I am trying to obtain help as I have been unable to access the Pay Super Settings website. I keep getting a landing page with the following message:

"We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information."

 

I am the Adminsitrator/Owner and have accessed the Pay Super Settings website in the past. Please help.

 

EDIT: I managed to get in by using a different browser.

Thank you for your post. I'm happy to take a look into this for you, can you please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name & email address used to sign up to Pay super 
  • Screenshot of the error message
