what was the solution to this as I am experiencing the same issue.
We had to create and employee which we can see but although we can see it and tick the employee it will not add to our employee list - and this employee is our authorising manager so we need to be able to select them!

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can you try going to team.myob.com via a different browser, once signed in can you add the employee ?
If you can't, can you please confirm if the employees card file is set up as per our help article Getting started with MYOB Team under heading step 1. Check your company file setup.

I am having the same issue, but non of the suggested has helped. I tried calling MYOB and after being on hold for 1.5 hours i was hung up on. I need this resolved but do not have time to be on hold for so long.
