Unable to complete payroll processing

After updating to 2019.1 a step in processing payroll has just disappeared. 

I am trying to process just one pay.. 

when I click Record there is no option to export the pay to a bank file.

The button has gone and now i get a Process payments screen that says $0.00 - see attached image

 

I tried again with all 25 employees and still the same: $0.00

 

should i just roll back  my compnay file to 2018.4 and go back to when it worked?

Hi @qls-tania 

 

Sorry to hear you are also having trouble recording payroll transactions.

 

We have identified that this problem is related to the .Net framework installed on the computer - the server computer in particular if the file is hosted from a server. 

 

Could you please check the .Net Framework installed, and make sure it's update to 4.7.2?

 

Here is a link of the .NET 4.7.2 download page, you may need the assistance of your IT person to complete the update.
