After processing payroll on Wednesday 14 September I have been unable to upload to ATO through the Payroll Reporting Centre. I get the large pink spinning wheel and then an error message "something went wrong at our end please try again later".
I have:
uploaded new software 2022.8 today,
turned on /off numerous times since Wednesday,
called help desk twice (cut off twice), and
I'm not having any other internet issues.
I use a desktop system and have successfully connected to upload payroll details for the last 18 months or so.
Any ideas on how to encourage a fix by MYOB?

Thank you for your post.
If you're connected to the internet, you should be able to access the STP reporting centre without any issues.
But if you see this message, it can mean:
I'd make sure your internet connection is fine and try again. If you're still having trouble, you might need to install a Microsoft security update on your computer. To install the required update, can follow this Microsoft support article.

I am having this issue ever since I have opened the updated file.It is not connecting to the Payroll reporting Centre and keeps giving a message " something went wrong at our end, Sorry about that, you'll have to come back and try again later".
Request your assistance with this.

Hi Chris
I can't connect to Payroll Reporting Centre either, this has happened ever since I updated to 2022.8. I have tried everything that has been suggested. So MYOB need to find a fix for this. I have never had trouble with any updates before just the last one. Please advise how this can be fixed please.

Hello everyone
You should be able to log in using the web browser version of AccountRight at app.myob.com in your Google Chrome browser. This should allow you to get in and lodge the payroll.
Our team is aware of this issue and is looking at resolving this issue.
