Have been trying to set this up for some time but never able to get through to support to sort it out - 2 hour wait time.
Get all the way through to acknowledging the T&C hit Submit it displays the We're sending a transaction to your bank for about 1 second then brings up:
We can't complete your application right now, but we've saved what we could. Please try again later.

I've refreshed the database, could you please log out of the software then log back in (using your forum email address) and try again? Please also make sure it's the same email address used for Pay Super sign up.
If the problem persists, could you please send me a private message confirming:
- Serial number
- email address used
- ABN
You can do so by mouse over my avatar and choose 'Send a message'.

HI,
i am having the same problem at this peron!
When i go to sign up for pay super, i get all the way to the end and get a " whoops we hit a snag" this has been months now with no luck.
