Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! If you're still getting this error message can you please retrieve the diagnostic log the AccountRight file after this error has appeared and attach it as a .TXT file to this thread so I can investigate.

Thanks for the error log. Is the file that you're trying to upload online stored on a local computer or a server ?
