Unable to view payroll details in payroll reporting centre

Dear team

Have posted August 2022 salary and got error that you have to report via payroll reporting centre. But am unable to view the payroll details in payroll reporting centre.

Also have passed one payroll entry in April 2022 date and it is also not showing in payroll reporting centre.

We need to report the payroll details to ATO via STP. Request you to do the needful.

Hi Sam

Still we are having the same issue. We unable to view our payroll transaction in payroll reporting centre. We are using server edition and using in Desktop. We are not accounting MYOB in online/cloud. 

Can you please share the online URL to change our file into online. 

if we are selecting started in STP 2 it shows the attached Error. While selecting payroll reporting centre it shows something went wrong from our end.

Please help on this. 

If MYOB have any customer care number, please share overseas number to us.

Please follow the below steps in order to file online:

• Put your company file online

Once the file has been uploaded online, you will be able to set up STP Phase 2 successfully.
